We have been looking in detail at the information provided by Opentracker. The presentation of valuable information such as the clickstream is much easier to follow than using log files, and as you point out, gives a history of each visitor over time.

I just wanted to let you know that your product is the best thing since sliced bread. It has really helped me visualize what my customers are about. I have already made some significant changes to the site based upon my first week of tracking. I had not realized what a huge proportion of my visitors were from foreign countries. Excellent system. Better than both Awstats and Urchin - both of which I've used - for various reasons. That's no small compliment, as you know. The best on the net, all factors considered, so I point people your way on my website:

I'm not in any way affiliated with this company. But if you're serious about website statistics you'll not find better traffic analysis on the entire internet. I've used Awstats in the past, a free program which gives excellent stats. But it's difficult for nongeeks and corrupts easily. I've also used Urchin which also delivers superior stats. Urchin, however, is way expensive. Yet neither Awstats nor Urchin come even close to the kind of stats that Opentracker delivers. It's not free, but compared to Urchin it nigh is and, as I say, outperforms Urchin. Whether you're an individual or a large corporation Opentracker is not only the best you're going to find, but you'll save major expense. Most companies don't deliver what they advertise. This one is unique. It delivers more.
